- 1 lb. broccoli (cut into large florets)
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 3 tsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Directions
- Bring a stock pot of salted water to a boil. Cook broccoli in salted water 2-3 minutes until bright green. Drain.
- Combine yogurt, olive oil, dijon mustard, cayenne, cumin, sea salt and lemon juice in large bowl. Add broccoli to yogurt mixture and toss to coat. Let sit at room temperature 20 minutes.
- Place the Smart Oven+ Grill Attachment in oven. Select GRILL Mode and preheat Grill to High heat setting.
- Arrange broccoli on Grill and cook 8-10 minutes, turning once. Remove from Grill and serve immediately.
