Ingredients

200 grams mushrooms (sliced)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 centimeter ginger (ground)
1 teaspoon pepper (chile de arbol)
1 cup edamame (cooked)
1/3 cup red bell pepper (minced)
1 tablespoon sesame
1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Directions

1Grease a skillet with cooking spray and preheat on high.
2Add the mushrooms to the skillet, cook them until they brown, and remove them from the skillet.
3Add the olive oil, ginger, and chile de arbol pepper to the skillet. Let them cook for 1 minute then remove them.
4Cook the edamame beans on the same skillet for 3 minutes.
5Add the red bell pepper and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3 more minutes.
6Add the sesame and the vinegar, and turn off the stove.
7Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl and serve.
