- 200 grams mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- 1 cm ginger (ground)
- 1 tsp. pepper (chile de arbol)
- 1 cup edamame (cooked)
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper (minced)
- 1 Tbsp. sesame
- 1 tsp. rice vinegar

Directions
- Grease a skillet with cooking spray and preheat on high.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet, cook them until they brown, and remove them from the skillet.
- Add the olive oil, ginger, and chile de arbol pepper to the skillet. Let them cook for 1 minute then remove them.
