Ingredients

  • 8 cups chicken stock
  • 9 ounces cheese filled tortellini
  • 3 1/2 ounces shiitake mushrooms (halved)
  • 1 zucchini (halved, sliced diagonally)
  • 3 drops Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 ounces baby spinach
  • 6 green onions (sliced)

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, bring stock to a boil. Add tortellini and cook for 5 mins, until al dente.
  2. Add mushrooms, zucchini and Tabasco sauce. Season. Gently simmer for 5 mins. Add spinach and onions and cook until just wilted. Serve.
