  • 2 cups mushrooms (chopped, I used a frozen mixed variety)
  • 3/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped cooked ham
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (freshly)
  • 3/4 cup fresh mozzarella (chopped)

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
