Description

Replace the garlic bread at your next Italian meal. This straight forward recipe is a perfect combination of tart and sour, with a crust that’s not too hard or soft. Just whisk and pour and bake and you’re done.

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry
oyster mushrooms
1 cup oil
1 eggs
1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic (minced)
parsley (minced)

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius.
2Whisk together the oil, egg, lemon juice, garlic, and parsley.
3Place the puff pastry into a pie pan and spread some aioli on the bottom. Fill with the mushrooms and drizzle with the rest of the alioli.
4Bake until the puff pastry is golden brown.
