  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces noodles (cooked)

Directions

  1. Brown ground beef, drain.
  2. Return to pan.
  3. Stir in soup, milk, mushrooms, onion, sour cream and noodles; simmer, covered for 5-8 minutes
