  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms (sliced, I used a mix of button, baby portobellos and chanterelles)
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed (I had none in the house so substituted some tarragon)
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons flour (I used oat flour)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper

    AMAZINGGGG!!!!!!!! I used chicken & vegetable broth, added celery & a bit more dill!! One of our favourites over rice during this snowy season

    i enjoyed this! the flavors were really balanced.

    I was a little hesitant to make this. The soy sauce and dill ingredients seemed a little random to me, but I was pleasantly surprised! It turned out really well. I used 2 teaspoons of fresh dill, and followed the recipe exactly. I used 1% milk and low fat sour cream and still got a creamy texture while keeping the soup on the lighter side!
