    So easy to follow and tastes awesome, this will be a great meatless Monday recipe. Just added a little cornflour slurry to thicken it up

    fantastic mushroom soup. Add a little cream just before serving for extra luxury or replace the flour with 1 tbsp cornflour dissolved in a little water at the end of cooking to make gluten free.

    A delicious recipe! Supper creamy, mild but so flavourful. 100% would recommend you try it. A dash of cream when serving is also delicious!

    This was amazing! I will admit that making soups is not one of my strong suits, but once in a while I find a recipe that manages to even happily surprise my husband. This is one of them! I didn't manage to get chives, but the soup still had so much flavour and it's so easy to make. A big thumbs up :)

    Excellent! I reserved 1/4 of the soup before food processing most of it smooth- which left some small chunks in the final soup. Added a dollop of sour cream a few red pepper flakes and dill when serving. Would definitely make it again.
