Tasty pasta served with mushrooms, tomatoes and Hellmann's mayonnaise sauce.

  • 350 grams penne pasta
  • 4 Hellmann''s Light Mayonnaise (dollops*)
  • 250 grams cherry tomatoes
  • 250 grams mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 250ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 5 grams chopped parsley (fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • grated Parmesan (to serve)

    Directions

    1. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions and drain.
    2. Finely chop up the onion, slice the mushrooms and halve the cherry tomatoes.
    3. Fry the chopped onion in a non-stick frying pan with the oil. Add the mushrooms and fry until brown.

    Pretty tasty, especially for how quick and easy it is to make. Had to add a couple of garlic cloves and black pepper to taste as it was a bit on the bland side.

    This was quick and easy to make. I added some garlic and cream cheese (had some left). It is actually very tasty. Don't add the tomatoes too soon or they break up!
