Awesome, labor intensive but worth it. Served it with a Shiraz. ..our wine group theme was Australian wines so a perfect match

The first time I tried mushroom arancini balls were at a wedding in Raro. Had to find a recipe and found this one. Sooo yum. Very close if not the same as the ones from Raro :)
