  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 pods cardamom
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 4 teaspoons curd
  • 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • tandoori masala (powder - 1/4 tsp, optional, I used it in marination the chicken only)
