Make your own spiced mulled wine at home with this recipe for Mulled Wine. Using a liter of your favorite rosé as the base, the wine is heated on low heat. Sweetened with agave nectar and ginger syrup, the wine is spiced with cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, and vanilla pods for delicious hot drink you can sip and savor in your favorite mug.
- 1.5 liters rosé wine
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 5 clove
- 3 allspice berries
- 1 vanilla pods
- 4 tablespoons agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons ginger syrup (or 1 tbsp. agave syrup)
- In a large pot heated on low heat, wine, cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, vanilla pod, and syrups.
- Simmer for at least 1 hour but do not bring to a boil.
- Strain and serve.
