    Wouldn't make this again. I had reservations reading the recipe but I made them any way. With three cups of flour the recipe makes more than a dozen-- you will need more than one muffin pan. I don't like icing very much so made lemonade instead. The muffins would be better with the icing. Also the recipe called for vanilla yogurt, I only had plain homemade yogurt--I should have added vanilla.
