To dip in white, milk, or dark chocolate? That is a question you get to decide. Use your favorite dried fruit chopped into pieces for these muesli bars.

Ingredients

  • 150 grams dried fruit (banana, pineapple, raisin, etc., chopped)
  • 150 grams butter
  • 250 grams honey
  • 100 grams almonds (ground)
  • 150 grams hazelnuts (ground)
  • 50 grams shredded coconut
  • 50 grams flour
  • 200 grams oatmeal
  • 150 grams chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • 20 grams whipping cream

Directions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 150 Celsius.
  2. 2Melt the butter in a saucepan along with the honey. Stir in the fruit, almonds, hazelnuts, coconut, flour, and oatmeal.
  3. 3Press firmly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper until approximately 1 centimeter thick.
  4. 4Bake for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven, let cool, and cut into bars.
  5. 5Melt the chocolate and cream together in a double boil and dip the bars into the chocolate.
