  • 1 onion (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup carrots (chopped)
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (and juice)
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garam masala

    Pretty good. I would say it’s pretty easy and I cooked for 12 hours and then blended with the emulsifier. It needed salt and pepper.
