I've made these several times, and they're delicious! To save time, I just grill larger (but still thin) pieces without a skewer. Not quite as flavorful, but much quicker, and we eat them in a pita with hummus and Israeli salad, so the difference in taste is negligible.

Absolutely delicious, I made it for myself and my significant other and she loved it. Spicy! Yum. I made no modification just didn't think it made enough so I doubled everything. In the end I had left overs, delicious, and filling... it may be a bit too spicy for some though. Just a warning.

Tasted amazing, one of the best homemade kebabs you can find. Could use more spice though but it Tastes even better on a BBQ
