  • 8 shrimps (large)
  • 2 teaspoons paprika (KNORR Professional, Puree)
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • olive oil
  • shallots (Finely sliced)
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • bouillon (KNORR Clear Fish Paste)
  • garlic puree (KNORR Professional)

    Directions

    1. In a deep pan sauté the shallots in a little olive oil. While they are cooking, place the shrimp in a large dish, add a pinch of paprika and the saffron, and allow to marinate.
    2. Add the tomato juice to the onions in the pan and warm.
    3. Add the KNORR Professional Paprika Puree, the KNORR Professional Garlic Puree and KNORR Clear Fish Paste Bouillon to the sauce and stir over heat.
    4. Place the shrimp in the stock and poach.
    5. Serve on cous cous and fresh coriander.
