Perfect recipe for chicken thighs. I don't have a tagine so I used my trusty Le Cruset Dutch oven. (I let the chicken cook for about 2 hours, until it was falling off the bone.) I added 1/2 teaspoon of cumin to the spices. I also added celery. When the chicken was done I put in some dried cranberries and lime juice. I will definitely make this again. Next time I will add in a carrot along with celery for some variation. I also think I will stick to using chicken thighs for the recipe. The dark meat seems to lend itself well to the spices & cooking time.

It came out wonderful! I added sweet potato under the chicken too soak up the flavors
