I’ve made it three times and I love it! I add harissa paste and chopped preserved lemons that my friends brought me from Morocco. Delicious!

I wanted an earthy, hearty soup with a lot of kick to help heal my cold. I added potato and a half cup of mung beans, as well as raw garlic along with red pepper flakes. Garam masala instead of turmeric (which I didn’t have). I did not blend anything. Turned out exactly as hoped! Delicious and nourishing.

Very tasty- the small amount of cinnamon really does add a nice background warmth to the dish without overpowering it.

So delicious - I love it and will make it many times again! I added double the parsley, only because I love parsley and it turned out fantastic. Cheers!

Turned out fantastic I was skeptical about adding cinnamon, but it added an additional flavor note to the soup ,ł

Has quickly become a favorite in my house. Even the kids love it. I prefer blending half to give it a smoother consistency but still keeping some texture.

This soup is spiced perfectly, and the recipe makes a ton so you can freeze it and save it. Next time you are sick, forget chicken noodle soup - this is comforting but gives you a sinus clearing curry buzz.

This soup delivers! Full of flavor and very easy to make. The only modification I made was doubling the garlic. Can't wait to make this soup again and again! Maybe I'll add some quinoa next time too!!

This is the best soup ever!! i made it over and over again! delicious!!! 10 out of 10. I use chicken stock in stead of vegetable stock though. But its delicious both ways!
