- Mix the beef, water, olive oil, onion, cinnamon, caraway, black pepper, paprika, chili pepper, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Cover with plastic film and let it sit in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
- Heat the 1 1/3 cup water and olive oil in a small cooking pot. Once it starts boiling, add the couscous, turn off the stove, place the lid on the pot, and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the refrigerator, form meatballs, and grill on a skillet with cooking spray at medium-high heat until they brown on both sides.
- Serve the couscous on plates with the meatballs on top, and garnish with coriander.
