I wasn't sure about this one at first because I don't usually put these flavors together BUT this ended up being a family favorite. This is probably the fifth time I've made it and my 6 year old is super excited for it!

My Only suggestion would be to make the ingredients more international i.e. cilantro/coriander. Lbs, etc as well as metric. For us South Africans we sometimes think that the ingredients used are quite 'outlandish' in the meantime they are everyday ingredients with 'fancy' names. The result was tremendous and we served it with salad and a lovely crispy bread
