    I modified it, chopped up turkey bacon, red bell peppers, red hot peppers , chopped up broccoli , onion and warmed in frying pan with basil/garlic olive oil, then added to the eggs and topped with taco cheese... Wonderful results! Just a little spice in the morning!

    I cooked it for 20 min, and used eggs, salt, tomato, green onion, and a little cheese. It was so delicious! Just be careful of overflow as it cooks

    Fabulously delicious and super easy!!! I used onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and spinach. Next time I may add mushrooms. You can try many variations. Definitely plan to make again and again.

    Easy enough to make. I substituted the cucumber for mushrooms and baked for about 15 minutes instead of 10-12 like the recipe suggested. I also used 6 eggs as one egg fit each muffin slot perfectly.

    These are so yummy and great for an easy breakfast. Even my 2 yr old loves them. I added turkey sausage to mine and they are still only 90 calories each.

    I enjoyed this one very much, but to be honest I deviated from original recipe. I didn’t use cucumber. I used sautéed onions and zucchini instead. Also added bacon bits. Finally, accompanied with Costa Rican gallo pinto, avocado and coffee with hazelnut milk. Awesome!

    Such an easy and delicious way to add veggies to my family's diet, love these. And just freeze and reheat the leftovers but the only thing is I can hardly eat these without some sort of sauce the flavor is too bland. I kick mine up a notch with Japanese mayo and stone ground mustard. 👌😋

    Delicious but but needed to be in larger muffin tins. My mini pan had eggs all over. Next time, REALLY grease the cups and add in some cheese for bigger bite.

    Excellent low-cal breakfast! I carmelized diced onions first, added diced peppers to the sauteing onions, omitted the cucumber, and sprinkled all veggies (with diced tomatoes and spinach) on top of each cup. Added a bit of parmesan cheese. Without onions it is a bit bland for my family.

    It was very good. I made mine with spinach, tomatoes, and cheese.
    i didn’t add peppers or cucumber (personal preference) and just used diced tomatoes and juliette spinach, it was pretty good but a little too bland for my taste.
