I had to cook them for 15-20 minutes because I didn't have a mini muffin pan, but they were delicious! I added a little cheese to some of them and they were great.

Turned out good. I added zucchini, mushrooms, yellow bell pepper & fat free turkey to mine. Those were the only veggies that I had. I added the turkey for extra protein.

They turned out great! I knew there would be a reason for keeping these mini muffin pans I’ve had for years lol! Super easy breakfast to go, healthy too. You can pretty much chop up anything you want and put it in the eggs

Use the muffin pan instead so I doubled the ingredients. Also didn't have spinach but added ground sausage. Turned out pretty good but need more seasoning.

It took me a while to chop everything and I used 16 eggs to fill two cupcake pans. They turned out wonderful! 💕✨
