Montreal Grilled Pork and Pepper Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 1 package steak (McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal, ® Single Use Marinade, divided)
  • 1 1/4 pounds pork tenderloin (cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes)
  • 1 onion (large, cut into 3/4-inch wedges)
  • 1 red bell pepper (large, cut into 1-inch chunks)

Directions

  1. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the Marinade. Place pork and vegetables in 2 separate large resealable plastic bags or glass dishes. Pour remaining Marinade evenly into each bag; turn to coat well.
  2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove pork and vegetables from Marinade. Discard any remaining Marinade. Alternately thread pork and vegetables onto skewers.
  3. Grill kabobs over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes or until pork is to desired doneness and vegetables are tender, turning occasionally and brushing with reserved Marinade. Serve with cooked rice, if desired.
