Easy to make, had to drain the tomato juice so it wasn’t soggy. Smells delish.

Delicious! I tweaked it a bit with what i had lying around. i had a can of combined fire roasted tomatoes and green chilies (so less green chilies than the recipie suggested) and cheddar cheese instead of the suggested cheese. Still came out amazing. i cant wait to make it according to recipe next time. Also, I love spicy so im going to try some chopped fresh jalepeno with the tomatoes next time. Highly recommended!

Delicious! I thought the barbecue sauce would be strange but it’s a subtle taste and it goes well! Makes great leftovers too!

Delicious! Easy to put together recipe! i added crumbled bacon on top which i thought added more complexity to the combination of flavors. Nice staple weeknight dinner for busy people.

It was wonderful and the best part it was easy! My husband said that this dish needed to be fixed once a week! We fix roasted brussels sprouts with pancetta as a side dish with it.

Used chicken thighs instead of breasts, and probably should have poured off some extra liquid before putting back in the oven the second time. Turned out awesome though! Served with Spanish rice, with some tortillas on the side for accent. No leftovers! :)
