I think this would be great to make again I used a store bought rub and was not to keen on it so next time will follow the rub recipe given here. It also seemed a bit salty I think from the purée so next time will use less purée and a different brand. I served this with brown rice, black beans and corn. Oh and I also added 2tlbspn fresh chopped jalapeños in the simmer
