- 300 grams monkfish
- 1 green pepper
- 1 green onions
- leeks (A medium)
- 1 dash vinegar
- extra-virgin olive oil
- pink peppercorns
- Cut the peppers into strips and dice the onion and the leek . Then saute them in a pan with a little bit of oil. When it is almost done, add a dash of vinegar and a few capers. Season it with salt and set it aside.
