Description

Perfect meatballs for those who love fish! If you don’t want to use them as an appetizer, you can include them with your favorite pasta dish, or in stir-fry. They have just the right amount of kick, provided by the paprika and black pepper.

Ingredients

2 monkfish (you can substitute cod, sea bass, or halibut)
1 garlic cloves
1/2 onions
1 tablespoon paprika
1 eggs
fresh parsley (diced)
bread crumbs
all-purpose flour
salt
ground black pepper
vegetable oil (for frying)
cheese sauce (blue)

Directions

1Dice together the monkfish, garlic, and onion.
2Place in a bowl and mix with the paprika, egg, parsley, and a handful of bread crumbs.
3Mix well and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4Pinch off sections and roll into meatballs.
5Coat the meatballs in flour that has been seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, and fry in plenty of hot oil.
6Serve with blue cheese sauce on top.
