- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 green onions (Large)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- veggies (Desired)
- 1/2 tsp. ginger (Minced)
- 1 Tbsp. garlic
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar

Directions
- Cut Veggies. Cut green onions into 1 inch pieces and separate between light and dark.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Coat chicken in cornstarch and chill for ~10 minutes.
