  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 green onions (Large)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • veggies (Desired)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (Minced)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

    1. Cut Veggies. Cut green onions into 1 inch pieces and separate between light and dark.
    2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

    I actually used chicken drummies, and I also included sesame oil and extra fresh garlic. Best Mongolian chicken ever!
