This was delicious! I always try to make Asian food and it never tastes as good as take out, however, this one did. Even my finicky son loved it.

Amazing. I didn’t have any fresh ginger on hand, so I just used a teaspoon of ground. My family loves it ~

Doubled the amount of garlic. Dressed the beef with salt and pepper before dredging in cornstarch. Used a ginger blend oil instead of sesame. Turned out delicious. Exactly the flavor combination I was hoping for. Next time I will cook the beef for a shorter period of time before the sauce is added so it doesnt get too well done.

It took the sauce a little longer to thicken, but was amazing! Less cornstarch too. But might be climate.
This was awesome! Serving of 4 barley fed my family of 4. Definitely going to make again.

It took a lot longer than 30 minutes it was more like 2 hours. It turned out fine but it leaves a weird taste in your mouth once your done.

Really very good. Used casserole beef instead of steak, which may be why the meat was a bit tough, but that was the only issue. Would absolutely make again.

It turned out great. I added only half of the sugar and 3/4 of the soy sauce.

Great. Used stevia instead of sugar and mixed some molasses in. Also cooked carrots, celery, and a jalapeño, removed it from wok, and then did the meat (pork) in small batches per the instructions Mixed everything together, added sauce and cooked it until the meat was coated. Yummers.

I also cut the sugar in half, but still a little salty. I would do 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/2 cup water next time. Make sure your pan is very hot when cooking meat. Overall pretty good
I think this was pretty good! I did cut back on the brown sugar like the other comment suggested. I definitely want to try this with sesame seeds on it. I made it for my mom and brother and they liked it too!

This was a bit too seeet for me. I think I would cut the sugar in half and add a bit of hot sauce to add dimension to the flavor.
