Sauce was ok, even with low sodium soy sauce it was a bit salty. Cooked the meat in the first step to medium rare to keep tenderness.

quick, easy and very tasty! I didn't have fresh ginger so i subbed it for ground ginger. I also like the heat dialed up a little with sweet and spicy dishes, so i sauteed jalapenos. I also added broccoli. It was perfect, meat was very tender, the sauce was great Better than takeout!

Followed this recipe almost to the tee and it was delish! The only thing I added was that I added salt and pepper to the cornstarch to dredge this way if someone wants the meat alone and then they want to add the sauce they can.. the mean was delicious.. i served on white rice and with asparagus and everyone cleaned their plate! Will definitely make again!!!!!!

Doubled the amount of garlic. Dressed the beef with salt and pepper before dredging in cornstarch. Used a ginger blend oil instead of sesame. Turned out delicious. Exactly the flavor combination I was hoping for. Next time I will cook the beef for a shorter period of time before the sauce is added so it doesnt get too well done.
