    Excellent recipe although it took me longer than 15 minutes. The directions for frying the meat in small batches was especially helpful. my only suggestion: we done like very sweet things so i put the sugar in a tablespoon at a time and tasted as I went. i also added sesame seeds. the fresh ginger & garlic really makes this dish.
