First time making it. Cooked it for wife, 2 kids and the in laws. All of which loved it. Just adjusted ingredient amounts to cater for quantity of food required. I used Basmati rice cooked with a cube of beef stock in the water and was an awesome combination with the Mongolian Beef flavour.

Top recipe. Everyone loves it. Instead of flank steak, I use beef tips, cut the fat off and slice it thinly. I serve it with jasmine rice and Indian flatbreads.

I love this recipe! I am just beginning to explore a wider variety of recipes so I never made a sauce like this before. I love that it is so simple, versatile and delicious! I made it a few times and have added all sorts of different veggies and chicken too. Smells sooo good!

turned out well. i added 2 tbsp of red wine and then reduced. it was flavorsome. next time i think iwill add mushrooms also.

It's not good. There's too much soy sauce, sugar, vegetable oil, and it does not come out nice. I felt sick after eating this knowing how unhealthy it was.
