For a recipe so insanely easy to prep, it was absolutely delicious!!! Rather than using a chipotle chili pepper I drizzled a pineapple teriyaki sauce over the turkey, vegetables (red & green pepper, Vidalia onion & scallions seasoned w/ garlic salt) & added rice; all combined in one pan. The sweetness from the sauce really set off the flavor of the other ingredients! I will definitely add this to my list of go-to meals.

This recipe turned out great. I didn't have all the ingredients on hand so I substituted a small finely chopped habanero pepper for the chipotle chili pepper. I double the bell peppers--I used sweet baby red, orange, and yellow. I used yellow and purple onions, freshly ground black pepper and a small amount of corn, peas and carrots mainly for additional color a extra flavor. I will definitely make this again the same way. I served it as a one-pot meal, not with rice or noodles and it was satisfying. Might be good with garlic bread.

Amazing! Has a little kick to it because of the chipotle pepper. Love it! I made it with cilantro and parsley at the end.
