Was a little bland but a diced yellow onion, red and green peppers (about 3/4 each) greatly improved it. I made no other ingredient adjustments. That addition added another hour, total of two hours to the cooking time. I will definitely make this again with the adjustments.

Delicious! Easy to put together and quick! I used the leanest hamburger and used an extra .25 LB because that’s the way it was packaged. I raised the temp to 375 degrees. I’ve made this two times and everyone loved it. Next time, I’m going to add some diced sweet onion, Easy and a delicious warm and cozy meal. I served it with fresh mashed red potatoes and homemade creamed corn.

Delicious!! It was warm and gooey and had amazing flavor! I added a can and a half of the campbells beef/veggie stew and it added so much to the meatloaf! Definitely will make again :)

Family loved it My thyme was not good, so I substituted oregano, I could have used basil and maybe I will next time just to see how it would turn out

It took longer than an hour to cook for me, and instead of bread crumbs I used crushed roasted garlic triscuit crackers. I added about a table spoon of dried chives, some pink Himalayan salt and pepper, and some garlic. It was so tender and flavourful. This is going in the favourites 😁

I added a bit more breadcrumbs the second time I made it and it was less dense. Tasted like my Mommy’s
