    My history with meatloaf isn’t great. Thanks to this recipe, I totally redeemed myself tonight! This is an amazing recipe. The hint of heat from the red pepper goes so well with the tang of the Worcestershire sauce.Tip: If you are using gluten free panko breadcrumbs, omit the milk.

    This is so delicious and the first time following this particular recipe that my meatloaf held together perfectly! I didn’t have brown sugar so I just mixed a small can of tomato sauce and ketchup together with a dash of worstershire sauce. This is sooo good! This is my new recipe go to for meatloaf.

    My first time attempting meatloaf, and it was so amazing!! I love this recipe. Better than my parents used to make! Will definitely make again. I couldn’t find brown sugar (because of covid19 grocery store craze) but I substituted 1 tablespoon of molasses for it, and the sauce came out perfect too!

    Both my husband and I loved it!!! I’m not normally a meatloaf fan, but this was delicious. I followed the recipe exactly, except for adding a whole onion because we both love onions. It was extremely moist and flavorful. Definitely will be making again

    I added some Heinz 57 and BBQ sauce and used more onion then was in the recipe. Also, I used half ground pork and half hamburger.

    It was really good! The red pepper flakes gave it a nice little kick without being to much. I also added chopped green bell peppers to it, since I like them. The real star of the dish is the sauce, which I went ahead and used the suggestion of substituting 1 Tbs of molasses for the brown sugar. Definitely my new go to!

    It was very good. I didn’t have breadcrumbs so I crushed up croutons . I substituted molasses for brown sugar. I added a full teaspoon of crushed red pepper. All in all it turned out good. Next time I will use the proper ingredients. Not bad for a guy who never made meatloaf before. I will definitely make again.

    Delicious! I sautéed the onions first as that’s my preference and followed Bridget’s advice to sub cream for milk and molasses instead of brown sugar. All 3 kids loved this - a rare occurrence! Will be making regularly.
