  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 3/4 pumpkin (cupsLibby's)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. cloves
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 pastry shell (9 inch)

    Directions

    1. Mix ingredients in order given. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in oven 425 degrees 15 minutes. Reduce temp to 350 degrees and continue baking 45 min or until inserted knife comes out clean.
    2. Makes two 9 inch pies
