Ingredients

125 grams butter (soft)
110 grams sugar
125 grams dark chocolate
100 grams eggs
35 grams flour
6 cookies (speculoos)

Directions

1Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2In a bowl, work the butter until soft and creamy.
3Add the sugar, and beat until the mixture is creamy.
4Melt the chocolate. Add it to the mixture and stir.
5Add the eggs, and finally the flour, mix.
6Break the speculoos into small pieces.
7Spread the seculoos on the bottom of the mold, and carefully pour in the mixture.
8Bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the desired softness.
9Let cool, but do refrigerate as the cake will harden.
