- 1 can baby eels
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ground black pepper
- 1 lime
- Place the baby eels and flour in a resealable plastic bag. Close the bag and shake it vigorously.
- Open the bag and make sure the eel is covered with the flour.
- Fry the eels in plenty of hot oil for 30 seconds. Remove the excess oil with paper towel.
- Season with salt and black pepper. Serve with lime wedges.
