    Excellent. My fruit was excellent quality which made the fruit salad especially great. Wonderful recipe.

    I've prepared this for years (sans the apple), and the one thing I've added for flavor to the lemon juice, zest & honey is about 1 oz. of Triple Sec. If you don't have Triple Sec, you can use Curacao, Cointreau, or Grand Marnier.
