Ingredients

  • 5 grams almond flakes
  • 1 kiwi (small, peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 40 grams red grapes
  • 1 banana (small, peeled and sliced)
  • 1 apple (small, peeled and cut into pieces)
  • 100 grams low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons semi-skimmed milk
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Directions

  1. Mix the fruit together in a bowl. Whisk together the ricotta (or cottage cheese, if using), milk, honey and vanilla extract then add to the fruit bowl. Garnish with the toasted almonds.
