Ingredients

  • 2 bread (ciabatta)
  • 200 grams mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tablespoon sauce (Worcester)
  • 1 chicken breasts (cooked, sliced)
  • 2 slices roast beef (cooked)
  • mozzarella cheese (as desired)
  • mayonnaise (as desired)
  • mustard (as desired)
  • 2 lettuce leaves (finely chopped)

Directions

  1. 1Grease a skillet with cooking spray, heat the mushrooms on high until golden brown, and, remove them from the skillet.
  2. 2Heat the chicken breast in the skillet and save.
  3. 3Cut open the ciabatta breads, remove some of the crust, and spread the mayonnaise and mustard in them.
  4. 4Place the lettuce leaves, roast beef, chicken breast, mushrooms, and cheese inside the bread.
  5. 5Grill the sandwiches in the oven or the skillet until the cheese melts and the bread browns, and serve.
