Ingredients

  • 10 1/2 ounces frozen blackberries
  • 10 1/2 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch (mixed with 1/4 cup water until smooth)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (toasted)
  • yogurt (to serve)

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, bring frozen berries and sugar to a boil, stirring occasionally. Add cornstarch slurry and cook over low heat, stirring, until slightly thickened. Let cool then distribute between serving dishes or glasses. Sprinkle with almonds and serve with yogurt.
