Ingredients

  • 1 cup green beans (trimmed, blanched)
  • 4 ounces cannellini beans
  • 6 cherry tomatoes (yellow, halved)
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons wholegrain mustard

Directions

  1. In a large bowl combine green beans, cannellini beans and tomatoes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Season to taste. Toss dressing with the salad. Serve.
