    I did make the recipe by the directions with the exception of the saki, I had to sub. with a marsala .and the marinade as well as the relish was out of this world on the sea bass. I am going to try it on oneandhalf inch bone in loin cut of porkchop this evening. Will let you know but I have no doubt it will be delicious.
