  • 2 Tbsp. Tahini (or almond butter, well stirred)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
  • 7 sheets nori
  • 4 cups sushi rice (cooked)
  • furikake (or toasted sesame seeds, for sprinkling)

  • lemon juice (for squeezing on avocados)
