Delicious. Great blend of flavors. I made only a few minor adjustments to sauce, reduced butter to 4 tbsp, increased sake to 1 tbsp, added a dash of salt/pepper, and added some shichimi togarashi seasoning to finish with rice. Thanks for recipe.
