awesome, i love this bread recipe

Pretty good! It's a tad too sweet and not quite salty enough for my taste, but the texture is awesome. I substituted regular ol' flour instead of bread flour and ended up kneading it and letting it rise for a while and it still was very good.

The best bread ever!!! I'm not buying grocery store bread ever again. Easy, tastey and moist. Stores well in a ziplock bag and slices beautifully after completely cooled. I followed instructions exactly and I'm quite impressed.

Worked great, easy to follow instructions. Results in a slightly sweet, little bit dense, bread. Yummy!

Great recipe and incredibly easy as far as bread goes. The 9 inch pan definitely worked out better than the 8 inch.

I replaced 1/2 cup water for milk. Used olive oil because I didn't have vegetable oil. Tastes really good. Chewy flavourful finish.

Let me put it this way. I finished both loaves in a day.

This bread is quick and easy to make. Taste great too. This is now my go to bread when I want to have fresh bread with a meal. Works for sandwiches as well as garlic bread.

Definite crowd pleaser. My wife is a teacher, and her eighth grade boys turn into crust lusting ducks when she brings one of my loaves in!

So, the bread itself was amazing. I used coconut oil instead of Vegetable and it was perfect. My only complaint is when you are using the App and need the directions, the Tbls and tsp are labeled different. The ones with the lowercase t are supposed to be Capitalized T for Tablespoons... it really messed me up and I had to add a little more water and two more Tablespoons oil because I thought that it was originally for 3 tsp. but it turned out great after we figures out that little hiccup.

This bread is fantastic and quick for busy schedules! I have used all kinds of different natural flavor infused olive oils instead of regular veggie oil. The blood orange olive oil is the favorite for breakfast toast! Have fun with it and be creative!
