If you have a craving for ice cream, but don’t want to run to the store to get some, and don’t have an ice cream maker, then give this Minute Ice Cream with Red Fruits Without Ice Cream Maker recipe a try. Ingredients

  • 500 grams frozen berries (for best results, use small fruits such as raspberries and blueberries)
  • 2 yoghurt (natural)
  • 2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 1/2 lemon

Directions

  1. Place the fruits and the lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Mix with a blender until you get a thick fruit puree.
  3. Add the yogurt and the honey, and mix 1 to 2 minutes to obtain a homogeneous ice cream. Serve immediately in bowls.
  4. Serving option: Add 200 grams of grated cheese for a thicker version of this dessert.

I have a house full of kids so making ice cream in a minute was intriguing. The flavor was rich and decadent and it seemed to just be perfect. They didn't know it wasn't $7.00 a gallon. In fact, it tasted better than store bought.
