For a quick and easy dessert, you have to try these chestnut and pomegranate yogurt parfaits. Layers of chestnut cream and plain greek yogurt pair are then topped with freshly whipped cream, pomegranate seeds, and melted chocolate for a luxurious gluten free dessert that is naturally sweet.

Directions
- In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate over very low heat.
- In small ramekins, place one to two teaspoons of chestnut cream to taste.
- Add 3-4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
- Using a pastry bag, add the whipped cream.
- Garnish with melted chocolate, and top with a pomegranate.
