  • 1 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/2 mint leaves (a bunch of)
  • 1/2 ginger (an inch piece of)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 green chili (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon mango powder (amchur)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder (roasted)
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated white sugar
  • salt (to taste)

    Directions

    1. To make the chutney, first clean and wash the green leaves.
    2. In a blender add all the ingredients to make the chutney along with a tablespoon or more of water.
    3. Blend the ingredients to a smooth paste to make the chutney. If required, add more water.
    4. Transfer chutney to a clean bowl.
    5. Serve Mint and Coriander Chutney immediately or store in the fridge.
