- mint syrup
- water
- 100 grams pudding mix (mint)
- 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 liters whole milk
Directions

The mint pudding in this recipe is from a prepared mix to which you add ricotta cheese. Chocolate biscuits, also store-bought, are soaked in a mint syrup and serve as the base for the dessert. The third layer is melted chocolate. Using prepared foods cuts down the time required and still provides an attractive presentation. A few mint leaves for garnish would be the perfect accent.
