  • biscuits (chocolate)
  • mint syrup
  • water
  • 100 grams pudding mix (mint)
  • 2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 liters whole milk

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place a layer of biscuits and soak in mint syrup diluted with water.
  2. Prepare the mint pudding according to packet instructions.
  3. Add the cheese and sugar and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Leave to cool and cover with chocolate topping.
  5. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

The mint pudding in this recipe is from a prepared mix to which you add ricotta cheese. Chocolate biscuits, also store-bought, are soaked in a mint syrup and serve as the base for the dessert. The third layer is melted chocolate. Using prepared foods cuts down the time required and still provides an attractive presentation. A few mint leaves for garnish would be the perfect accent.
